TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing from www.digitallyflawless.co, you agree to all policies outlined below. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before making a purchase. Digitally Flawless Creative Agency is not liable for any misunderstandings resulting from failure to read these policies.

  • BUSINESS HOURS
    Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 4 PM CST Closed on weekends and all observed holidays.
  • TURNAROUND TIMES
    Turnaround times vary depending on the service. Standard turnaround for a la carte services is approximately 5–15 business days. A more specific timeframe is provided on each product page. • Turnaround times are subject to change based on current workload. • The turnaround period does not begin until you have submitted the required design form. • Turnaround times do not include revisions, edits, or additional changes.
  • GHOST POLICY
    To maintain efficiency, timely communication is required: • You have 72 hours to respond to any proof, revision, or inquiry. • Late responses (beyond 72 hours) will result in an extended turnaround time of 2–4 additional business days per delayed response. • After 5 consecutive days of no communication, your order will be canceled and forfeited without a refund. • To restart your project after cancellation, a $50 restart fee will apply.
  • REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
    Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once work has begun or after project delivery. This policy applies to all branding, design, digital products, and consulting services.
  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    Digitally Flawless Creative Agency reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Canceled orders are non-refundable.
  • PAYMENTS
    All services must be paid in full before any work begins.
  • REVISIONS
    Each project includes three (3) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will be subject to a $15 fee per revision. To minimize extra revisions, please provide detailed and accurate information when completing your design form. Revision Guidelines: • Revisions are minor adjustments (e.g., font changes, color tweaks, resizing). • A revision is not a completely new design. • Once you approve and receive the final design files, the project is closed and cannot be edited without an additional fee. • Any post-approval revision requests will incur a separate fee. Please triple-check all details (including spelling) before approving your final design.
  • POLICY UPDATES
    These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
